What is the Reworked Collection ? Are these pieces authentic ?

A: Our reworked collection is 100% authentic, stamped designer buttons, zip pulls and charms. These stamped items are vintage and have come from the original brand designer's clothes, accessories or bags. These items have been reworked and repurposed into jewelry you see. All necklace chains and jump rings from our Reworked Collection are gold filled. 

What materials is used in your jewelry ?

A: Our pieces are gold filled or gold plated. We only work with 14k and higher karat gold . Our other variations of materials include, stainless steel and 925 sterling silver. All materials and metals are listed under the description of each product. 

What is gold filled ?

A: Gold filled jewelry is made by wrapping multiple layers of solid gold sheets around a base metal. It tends to last longer and does not chip or peel. It also has a measurable amount of at least 5% solid gold in it. 

What is gold plated ?

A: A thin layer of gold over another base metal.

Can I wear the jewelry if I have sensitive skin ?

A: Yes ! All of our jewelry listed is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin types.

Why is my polishing cloth black ?

A: A polishing cloth is included in each order. If you have used your cloth and it has turned black, DO NOT WORRY. You know your polishing cloth is working when it starts to turn black.

Want to know more ?

The black on the polish pad does not mean your jewelry is all that dirty. The color you see is a combination of the oxidation/dirt, plus activation from the polishing compound that is infused in the cloth. The activation polishing compound is also responsible for the color you see. Even highly polished gold will leave some black on the cloth. Do not buff your jewelry excessively because you see this color.

How long is shipping ?

A:   We offer free shipping on all orders $75 +

U.S Orders : $5     ~for flat fee shipping (arrives in 5-7 business days)].

U.S Orders : $15   ~expedited shipping (arrives in 1-3 days)].
